Office Administrator (QuickBooks)

Who: A fast-paced, design-driven company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator with strong QuickBooks skills.

What: You’ll manage daily office operations, bookkeeping, vendor coordination, and financial tracking using QuickBooks.

When: Role is open for immediate start.

Where: Fully on-site position in the Buckhead/Peachtree Hills area of Atlanta.

Why: As the business grows, they need a reliable administrator to maintain order and accuracy in both operations and financial records.

Office Environment: Tight-knit, collaborative team in a modern and well-designed workspace.

Position Overview:

This position plays a key role in supporting both administrative functions and financial accuracy within a creative, high-end environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and proficient with QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office administration and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate books and perform reconciliations in QuickBooks
  • Manage purchasing, invoicing, and billing
  • Support payroll processing and expense reporting
  • Coordinate with external accountants or part-time controller
  • Assist in organizing internal processes and communications

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of office administration and bookkeeping experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
