Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a talented Office 365 Engineer to join a Malvern, PA technology team in a hybrid role. You will work across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, engineering cloud-based productivity and identity services.

The role focuses on Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell, with room to grow into senior engineering or architecture. Candidates should have 3+ years of Microsoft 365 experience and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience with Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Experience with Exchange Online and email administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including users, groups, authentication, and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience troubleshooting complex Microsoft 365 issues in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security, compliance, and identity concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

You’ll gain exposure to projects involving Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and PowerShell, with plenty of room to expand your skill set and grow into a senior engineering or architecture role.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience administering or engineering Microsoft 365 environments
