Job summary

ANB Bank is seeking an Offensive Operations Team Lead to own the strategy and execution of the bank's offensive security program. You will direct red team operations, adversary emulation, targeted penetration testing, and purple team activities to improve detection and response across on-premises and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related information security experience with offensive programs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/AD, identity attack paths and cloud services.
• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK and purple team methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and own offensive security strategy, roadmap, and ROE.
• Plan and execute red team operations and adversary emulation.
• Lead purple team exercises to improve detections and playbooks.
• Develop automation for reconnaissance, validation, reporting, and metrics.
• Produce post-operation reports with business impact and remediation priorities.
• Provide executive updates on risk reduction and control effectiveness.
