Job summary

Vantor Inc. is seeking an experienced Cyber Operations Capabilities Developer to build advanced offensive cyber tooling for mission‑critical operations.

You will work across the full lifecycle from R&D to deployment, developing high‑performance C and Python tooling, and integrating implants with C2 frameworks. Ideal candidates have deep hands‑on experience in systems programming, reverse engineering, and offensive capability development, and are willing to work on‑site in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field.
• Strong C (systems‑level programming) and Python tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cyber capabilities using C and Python.
• Design modular, scalable tooling for operational use.
• Perform cross‑compilation across multiple architectures and platforms.
• Conduct reverse engineering and low‑level system analysis.
• Contribute to vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Build and integrate implants and tooling with C2 frameworks.
• Collaborate with operators to iterate on mission‑driven requirements.
• Maintain clean, version‑controlled codebases and reproducible builds.
