Vantor is seeking a Software Developer to support an Intelligence Community mission with a TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph. You will work across architecture, software development, and program planning in a DoD/IC environment, contributing to agile processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 6 years of relevant software development experience.
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses to non-technical audiences and government counterparts.
• Experience in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development.

Responsibilities

• Enable the development of system architectures, software systems, or applications.
• Develop new software from algorithm definitions and prototypes.
• Collaborate with program teams to plan future operations.
• Apply agile development practices and tools.
• Support sensor system design, fielding, and communications.
• Provide leadership or collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams and report technical risks and recommendations.
