Job summary

Nightwing seeks a Jr. Subject Matter Expert with specialized knowledge in offensive cyber operations to bridge mission needs and software development.

You will translate operational requirements into technical implementations and support validation, testing, and deployment across diverse OCO mission types. Applicants should have active TS/SCI clearance, US citizenship, and 7+ years in OCO or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements
• Experience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructure
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration
• Experience supporting software development efforts
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Must be U.S. citizen

Responsibilities

• Provide operational context for feature development
• Translate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements
• Support workflow design and validation
• Participate in user acceptance testing
• Assist with training material development
• Provide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective
• Support demonstration and testing activities
• Contribute to user documentation and guides
• Participate in backlog refinement with operational insights
