Nightwing is seeking a Senior SME to translate complex mission requirements into implementable features for offensive cyber operations. You will serve as the liaison between operational users and development teams, ensuring a unified solution across multiple mission types.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in offensive cyber operations.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution).
• Deep expertise in OCO missions, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience defining operational requirements for software systems.
• Strong understanding of automation and orchestration in cyber operations.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational requirements analysis and decomposition.
• Provide strategic guidance on mission workflow implementation.
• Validate feature implementations against operational needs.
• Lead user acceptance testing and validation efforts.
• Develop comprehensive training programs and materials.
• Conduct operational assessments and provide recommendations.
• Support PI Planning with operational context and priorities.
• Lead demonstrations to operational stakeholders.
• Mentor junior SMEs and development team members.
• Support deployment and user onboarding activities.
