This position bridges the gap between mission needs and software development, ensuring that the unified solution effectively supports various OCO mission types including interactive, sustained, automated, and identity operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational context for feature developmentTranslate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirementsSupport workflow design and validationParticipate in user acceptance testingAssist with training material developmentProvide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspectiveSupport demonstration and testing activitiesContribute to user documentation and guidesParticipate in backlog refinement with operational insightsSupport transition and deployment activitiesRequired Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fieldsBachelor's degree (or equivalent substitution)Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirementsExperience with cyber tools, platforms, and infrastructureAbility to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiencesKnowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestrationExperience supporting software development effortsActive TS/SCI clearanceMust be U.S. citizenSalary & BenefitsThe salary associated with this position ($64,000-$128,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise.
