Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Jr. Subject Matter Expert with specialized knowledge in offensive cyber operations to translate operational requirements into technical implementations. This role bridges mission needs with software development to support various OCO mission types from interactive to automated operations.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in offensive cyber operations, a Bachelor's or equivalent, and an active TS/SCI clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in offensive cyber operations or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent substitution.
• Strong understanding of OCO workflows and mission requirements.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizen.
• Experience with automation principles and workflow orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational context for feature development.
• Translate Operational Needs (ONs) into technical requirements.
• Support workflow design and validation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Assist with training material development.
• Provide feedback on UI/UX designs from operational perspective.
• Support demonstration and testing activities.
• Contribute to user documentation and guides.
• Participate in backlog refinement with operational insights.
• Support transition and deployment activities.
