The State of Oklahoma Department of Corrections is hiring a Correctional Records Officer for the Oklahoma City area. The role handles offender records management, auditing time credits and maintaining court-related documentation in the Probation and Parole/OKC unit.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related administrative experience. On-site position; remote work is not available.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of professional or technical administrative experience in business/public administration or correctional records management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a consolidated record card, legal file and computer record system for offenders.
• Audit offender files for accuracy of time calculations and time credits.
• Manage legal mail and court-related documents; handle offender transfers and discharges.
• Provide supervision to clerical staff and train on records management.
