Job summary

Perdue Farms is seeking an Offal Operator to help keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. You will operate and monitor offal and wastewater systems, perform preventative maintenance, document results, and support environmental compliance in a fast-paced plant.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of related experience, and a mechanically inclined mindset. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Load offal and feather trailers and operate related equipment.
• Monitor offal and wastewater systems and ensure compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete daily paperwork.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in production areas.
• Coordinate with maintenance and environmental staff when needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE as required.
