Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking an Offal Attendant at the North Carolina St. Pauls Plant. The role involves operating offal equipment, monitoring trailer fills, and coordinating with third-party drivers. Must work nights and weekends and follow PPE and safety guidelines.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and prior poultry industry exposure is a plus. Expect physical duties and exposure to odors and outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relative poultry industry experience is preferred.
• Basic math functions and skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and monitors offal equipment and machinery (tumble screens, augers, pumps, motors, dewatering equipment, etc.).
• Observes fill levels on trailers and tankers; drives jockey truck as needed.
• Supports safety procedures and PPE usage; cleans and maintains work area.
