Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relative poultry industry experience.
Basic math functions and skills.
Experience with pumps, valves, and irrigation systems.
Must be able to drive a tractor or learn (good driving record and GA driver license)

Responsibilities

Oversee offal equipment and machinery including tumble screens, augers, pumps, dewatering equipment, compressors, and chemical feed equipment.
Observe fill levels on trailers and tankers.
Drive jockey truck to move full/empty trailers and tankers.
Monitor wastewater equipment such as meters, pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
Measure and monitor wastewater chemicals such as santiquan, polymer, and caustics; perform cleanup and housekeeping tasks.
Coordinate with third-party drivers for pickup/delivery times of loaded/empty trailers and tankers; bail and compact cardboard as requested.
