Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relative poultry industry experience.
• Basic math functions and skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate offal equipment and machinery.
• Observe trailer and tanker fill levels.
• Drive jockey truck to move trailers and tankers.
• Monitor waste water equipment and chemicals.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery with third party drivers.
• Bail and compact cardboard as requested.
• Support Safety & Environmental Manager as needed.
