Kdc One in Groveport, OH is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the Off-Shift to lead a QA/QC team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure products meet GMP and FDA standards, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production, coach staff to develop skills, and participate in audits and new product launches while maintaining documentation integrity and compliance throughout

Formación

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in laboratory environments.
• Experience in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• GMP and FDA regulations knowledge required.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire a QA/QC team to meet production goals with GMP/FDA standards.
• Investigate quality issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for quality improvements.
• Participate in audits and ensure documentation for launches/transfers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless operations.
