You will drive investigations, root-cause analyses, and CAPAs, coach staff, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Customer Service to maintain compliance and deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in laboratory environments (cosmetics/pharmaceuticals preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations and microbiological testing methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
• Tackle quality issues, provide expert guidance, and ensure timely resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Drive investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to elevate quality performance.
• Participate in audits, refine processes, and ensure documentation is flawless for new product launches and transfers.
• Coach and mentor the team to achieve excellence and grow professionally.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure seamless operations and outcomes.
