Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Mgmt focus preferred.
• Combination of education, training and experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve manufacturing excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage production goals, budgets, and scheduling for off-shift coverage in a 24/7 operation.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement using root-cause analysis.
• Develop associates through training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Foster teamwork, effective communication, and conflict resolution within a diverse workforce.
• Ensure regulatory and company standards for food safety are met, with strong adherence to SOPs.
