Job summary

Just Born, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team and drive efficiency, quality, and safety within a 24/7 operation. The role is on site and requires a Bachelor’s degree plus manufacturing leadership experience.

Ideal candidates bring unionized-workplace insight, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage shifts and budgets while promoting a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations Management required.
• Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Promote a strong food safety culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards

Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor (Off Shift) to lead a team of associates to drive operational efficiency, product quality, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Work Model: This is a 2nd Shift fully onsite role, five days per week, supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Management focus preferred.
• A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated abilities may be substituted.
• Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:
• 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required
• Experience leading within a unionized environment is highly preferred
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with proven abilities to carry out a root cause analysis
• Experience with an IWS (Integrated Work System), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Six Sigma Lean system, or other
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration
• Excellent time management to meet production deadlines and ensure workflow efficiency
• Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering a positive, harmonious work environment
• Active listener, valuing team input and feedback
• Adaptable to changing conditions, making quick decisions and capable of adjusting strategies as needed
• Confident leader, providing clear direction and motivating teams to perform at their best
• Critical thinker with strong reasoning skills for evaluating solutions and taking action
