Job summary

HyPro Inc. in Platteville, WI seeks a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems across our CNC machining equipment.

You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams; perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and light welding/fabrication; read electrical and ladder diagrams; uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to identify failures and troubleshoot machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose failures and follow-up on problem solution procedures; support controls on machines.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and facilities maintenance are addressed promptly.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams.
• Complete light welding/fabrication; read electrical and ladder diagrams.
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized; use equipment safely.
