Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking an off-shift maintenance focal point to ensure execution of management directions within the Maintenance Department. The role supports diagnostic troubleshooting and maintains critical PM and OEE processes across the plant.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in industrial maintenance, PLC programming, fabrication and machine shop skills, plus good communication and a rigorous work ethic. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years industrial maintenance and one (1) year PLC programming/troubleshooting experience required.
Associates degree and one (1) year PLC programming preferred.
Three (3) years of experience in fabrication, machine shop skills, electrical, pneumatics, computers, welding and rigging.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Monitors, reports and documents the ABB PM program.
Observes, reports and documents the OEE program along with the Work Procedures and the Inventory Control System.
Other duties as assigned.
