Job summary

INCOG BioPharma Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead off-shift HR at the Fishers, Indiana facility. You will partner with Operations and Quality leadership to guide organizational development, employee relations, and compliance across nights and weekends.

The role focuses on maintaining operational continuity, reducing escalation lag, and supporting cross-shift communication. On-site presence is required Tuesday through Saturday, 4:30 p.m. EST to 12:30 a.m. EST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years handling complex employee relations cases, including investigations.
• Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and GMP/regulatory compliance preferred.
• Experience advising and influencing managers and leaders, including defense of recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to Operations and Quality leadership for off-shift operations.
• Lead on-site HR activities for assigned shifts, including employee relations and investigations.
• Manage leave administration, documentation, and compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
• Coach managers through performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Support compensation decisions and respond to benefits-related questions during shifts.
• Oversee payroll system administration and provide training to shift staff.
• Analyze workforce metrics and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare structured cross-shift handoff reports to maintain continuity between off-shift and day-shift HR teams.
