Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC in the United States seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing, from single components to OEM parts and subassemblies. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay ranges from $18.00–$30.00 per hour, with shift premiums of $2.00/hr on 2nd shift and $1.50/hr on 3rd shift. Weekly pay and a broad benefits package accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and fixtures to understand shape and tooling.
• Document work with organized data and tool files.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain schedules.
• Set up and operate machines safely, minimizing waste.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
