Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing operations. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour plus shift premiums.

Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this position. Responsibilities include operating CNC equipment, interpreting blueprints, documenting work, and ensuring timely material requests to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition (required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and fixtures to understand shape and tooling.
• Document work in an organized fashion with files stored per Plant Manager instructions.
• Request materials with lead time to maintain the planned schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drills) safely and efficiently.
• Set up and safely operate CNC equipment following ATL offsets instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
