Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist to support custom contract manufacturing operations, from single components to OEM parts and subassemblies. The role is open on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour with shift premiums of $2.00 on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift. Benefits include weekly pay, affordable health insurance, life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and use intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting and repair of mechanical or logistical issues.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and checking fixtures to understand shape, structure, and tooling.
• Document work in organized files and directories as instructed.
• Request materials and resources with lead time to maintain schedule.
• Set up and operate machines safely to minimize waste.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
