Job summary

Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist for its contract manufacturing operations. The role supports OEM parts and subassemblies, with a focus on producing die components and assemblies using CNC equipment.

The position is available on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $30.00 per hour, plus shift premiums, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided including insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in machining, methodizing, and/or CNC programming.
• Ability to make decisions based on data trends and intuition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
• Good computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC equipment using product data to produce die components per instructions.
• Interpret blueprints of products, dies, and checking fixtures to understand shape and tooling.
• Document work in an organized fashion with files stored per Plant Manager directions.
• Request materials and resources with sufficient lead time to maintain the schedule.
• Set up and operate machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drill presses) safely to minimize waste.
• Set up CNC equipment following detailed ATL offsets instructions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
