Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (MSN/MBA/MPh/MHA).
• Minimum four years of healthcare practice experience.
• Two years of leadership/management experience.
• Connecticut State RN license or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees off-shift operations and aligns with executive leadership.
• Coaches and mobilizes a global off-shift team to achieve clinical, patient experience and financial goals.
• Serves as Incident Commander during emergencies and ensures 24/7 staffing and safety.
• Promotes service excellence, accountability, and adherence to professional standards.
