Polaris Inc. is seeking an Off-Road Validation professional to lead validation activities for critical vehicle systems. You will manage validation planning, execute tests, and work with systems engineers to diagnose issues and validate solutions.

This role offers hands-on testing and the ownership of vehicle-level validation activities, with opportunities to influence product performance and reliability across off-road programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated technical analysis and root cause investigation skills.
• Experience with test planning and coordination.
• Field and laboratory testing experience with reliability targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status updates to teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities for off-road vehicle programs.
• Develop validation plans integrating analysis and testing based on DFMEA.
• Lead system and full-vehicle testing to evaluate performance and reliability.
• Diagnose test issues, perform root cause investigations, validate solutions.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to collect data and drive design improvements.
• Plan and support field testing in coordination with broader validation efforts.
• Track and report DVP&R status and validation results to management.
• Support development and improvement of testing/validation documents and processes.
