Las Vegas Motorsports Park, LLC dba SpeedVegas is seeking an Off-Road Instructor to welcome guests, manage check-in/out and guide them around the tracks for a fun, safe driving experience.

You will coach guests on driving trucks, conduct ride-alongs when needed, and upsell additional experiences while upholding enhanced disinfecting and safety protocols.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Two years of off-road driving experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Conduct check-in/out and provide information about driving experiences.
• Brief guests on track layout and safety, and coach during truck experiences.
• Drive trucks for guest ride-along experiences when needed and upsell additional experiences.
• Disinfect helmets, wash towels, and maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles.
• Ensure safety compliance and communicate guest concerns about safety.

Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner2. Ensure guests read COVID-19 information3. Provide information about trucks, driving experiences, ride alongs, etc. including customer promotions4. Ensure guests wear masks, gloves and sanitize hands before their driving experience5. Disinfect helmet with spray, place on dryer rack and place in helmet room practicing enhanced disinfecting6. Wash towels as needed7. When Coaching Trucks 1. Assist with briefing customers for their experience on how to drive the trucks and coach them during their experience 2. Drive trucks for guest ride along experiences when needed 3. Upsell guests to purchase additional driving experiences with same and different cars and trucks 4. At the end of the day pull and fuel vehicles, clean trucks practicing enhanced disinfecting techniques and Raptors (inside and outside) and then park in their appropriate spot8. When Briefing 1. Follow provided briefing script and informs guests of track layout, driving technique, passing, speed limits 2. Answer and discuss any guest concerns regarding the safety of the track and cars and trucks 3. The employee is required to regularly drive a truck around a designated track and jump with the vehicle up to 10 feet in the air for a designated number of laps each day. Employees are occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch.
