  • Read the trail and adjust routes or pacing as conditions change.
  • Handle trail repairs and routine maintenance as needed.
  • Flag maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
  • Keep vehicles and trail equipment guest-ready and clean.

In this role, you'll coach guests through challenging terrain, build their confidence behind the wheel, and deliver the kind of hands‑on brand experience that keeps them talking long after they've parked. If getting muddy, mentoring drivers, and working outdoors sounds like your ideal workday, we want to hear from you.

  • Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
  • Schedule: Primarily Saturdays, 8–10 hour shifts
Responsibilities
  • Coach guests of all skill levels, adapting your teaching approach to match each driver in the group
  • Break down complex vehicle systems and off‑road techniques into clear, easy‑to‑follow instruction
  • Lead mixed‑ability groups across varied terrain in every kind of weather
  • Read the trail and adjust routes or pacing as conditions change
  • Handle trail repairs and routine maintenance when the situation calls for it
  • Flag any vehicle maintenance needs to the appropriate team
  • Keep vehicles clean, detailed, and guest‑ready
  • Maintain trail equipment in top working condition
  • Take on additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
