Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven work experience in a customer service role.
• Proficiency with Slack and Gmail; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Automotive repair/maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with a best-in-class experience via phone, email, and chat.
• Direct calls and emails professionally and timely; provide exceptional service levels.
• Check order statuses and provide updates to customers.
• Enter orders for customers who prefer not to use the website.
• Take detailed messages for customer service or technical inquiries.
• Coordinate with the team using Slack and Gmail; manage tasks.
• Resolve customer order issues including returns and warranty.
• Order verification and payment support.
• Support other areas as needed (e.g., customer pick-ups).
