Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Office Suite; quickly learn new software.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations professionally.
• Technical automotive repair/maintenance experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sales and Customer Service team to meet or beat service level goals and address customer escalations.
• Prepare performance reports for leadership, outlining results and opportunities.
• Ensure agents are logged in to phones and chat as scheduled; manage daily/weekly tasks.
• Oversee order management activities (e.g., orders stuck in Netsuite) and provide sales support.
• Facilitate training and ongoing development for new hires and the team.
• Maintain professional customer communications and timely resolutions.
