You will track performance, monitor trends, and assist in executing buys that respond quickly to market shifts, working closely with cross-functional partners. The role sits onsite in our New York office Tuesday through Thursday, with collaboration across Merchandising, Planning, and E‑Commerce teams to optimize assortment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Retail or off-price experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and present trends.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and risks by analyzing results from multiple sources.
• Manage assortment planning and forecast future needs.
• Utilize merchandising systems to drive orders.
• Forecast promotions and ensure season codes are accurate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on advertising and promotions.
• Develop and communicate replenishment recommendations based on data.
• Partner with vendors and Private Brands teams.
• Support cross-channel marketing decisions and co-op distribution.
