Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales representative to cover off-premise retail and chain accounts throughout San Francisco, with an early-morning start and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will drive growth by meeting sales goals, executing promotions, and maintaining product displays while ensuring freshness and proper rotation.

This role offers a monthly car and mileage reimbursement, paid training, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, and paid time off, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or GED with sales experience
• 21+ years of age or meet state requirements
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid license and insurance
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business
• Execute promotions at retail and coordinate displays and POS materials
• Maintain quality control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and shelf impact to maximize freshness
• Support other projects as assigned

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 0 to 2 plus years of related sales experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 3 to 4 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
