Eneba is seeking a senior leader to head our off-page SEO team within Marketing. You will shape international strategies, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team across markets. You will collaborate with Product, Growth, Content, Localization and other teams to drive brand authority and organic visibility.

You’ll lead our Off-page SEO team within Marketing - a team responsible for growing Eneba's organic visibility and brand authority across multiple international markets.

We’re moving beyond traditional link acquisition. The next stage of our off-page strategy is about quality, authority and measurable business impact - from digital PR and creative link-attraction campaigns to data-led initiatives and partnerships that strengthen Eneba's position internationally.

You’ll set that direction, grow the team around it and own the impact it creates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the direction and strategy for the Off-page SEO team across multiple international markets.
• Hire, structure and grow a medium-sized team across junior to senior levels, creating clear ownership and supporting development through coaching and feedback.
• Lead the team in building and scaling advanced off-page strategies, including digital PR, linkable assets and brand authority campaigns.
• Define meaningful goals and success metrics, taking accountability for team performance and prioritizing initiatives with the strongest SEO and business impact.
• Own significant off-page budgets and business cases with P&L justification, managing projects end to end with accountability for their financial performance.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Content, Localization and other teams to turn company data, products and market insights into high-impact campaigns.
• Improve the team's ways of working through experimentation, automation and AI-powered workflows.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience hiring, structuring and leading SEO, off-page or digital PR teams, including managing experienced and senior specialists.
• Strong people leadership skills, including delegation, performance management, feedback and team development.
• Strong hands-on off-page SEO expertise, with experience developing strategies beyond traditional link acquisition.
• A proven track record of creating linkable assets and leading digital PR and brand authority campaigns with measurable SEO and business results.
• Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to set meaningful goals, challenge priorities and focus resources on the highest-impact opportunities.
• Experience managing significant budgets, building business cases with P&L justification and owning projects end to end.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to lead initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• A data-driven approach to evaluating off-page performance, with a strong understanding of backlink quality and success metrics beyond link volume.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience running multilingual or multi-market SEO campaigns.
• A predominantly in-house SEO and leadership background.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or other large-scale consumer businesses.
• Experience using automation or AI in SEO, outreach or digital PR workflows.
