Catena Media is seeking an SEO Off-Page Team Lead to own external growth efforts for its US brands, including link acquisition, digital PR, and authority expansion across competitive verticals such as online casino and sports betting. You will lead a small team and partner with Social, Content and Commercial teams while shaping strategy and budget.

You will set quarterly targets, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with Google policies, driving measurable ranking and revenue gains.

Qualifications

5+ years of off-page SEO, link acquisition or digital PR experience.
Proven ability to move rankings in competitive verticals.
Experience managing or mentoring a team (2+ years).
Experience in US sports betting or online casino markets is a plus.

Responsabilités

Own and evolve the off-page strategy for Catena Media’s US brands.
Set quarterly authority targets per site and per vertical.
Build scalable link acquisition programmes across digital PR, editorial outreach and partnerships.
Direct the digital PR calendar around US sports and legislative calendars.
Manage vendor and agency relationships and the off-page budget.
Report off-page performance and link quality with clear KPI linkage to rankings and revenue.
