Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an Off Highway Haul Truck Driver to join our Fountain, NC team. The role requires safety focus, dependability, and motivation to safely operate haul trucks loaded with rock within the quarry. You will perform pre-shift inspections, basic maintenance, and support loaders in daily operations.

Typical shifts run 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM with weekends as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and six months of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Six months experience as haul truck driver or related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul truck within company guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform safety inspections and follow MSHA safety rules.
• Assist in loader production and maintain product piles as needed.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and report repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean.
