Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an Off Highway Haul Truck Driver for Kannapolis Quarry in Kannapolis, NC. Hours are 7AM - 5PM, with weekends as necessary. You will operate haul trucks, perform pre-shift inspections, and assist with loader production while following MSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and operation of mobile equipment and/or equipment used processing plants preferred.
• Six months experience as a haul truck driver or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a haul truck within company guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist loader production by breaking down surge piles and maintaining product pile.
• Train co-workers as needed and follow MSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
