Interstate Power Systems in Lincoln, NE is seeking Off Highway Equipment Mechanics/Technicians of all skill levels. Pay range is $25.00-$42.00/hour DOE, with duties covering diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty diesel equipment such as excavators and loaders.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills, plus experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, and related equipment. CDL bonus is available and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and components.
• Valid driver's license; CDL bonus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel engines and components.
• Diagnose complex engine conditions and perform repairs.
• Communicate with service team and foreman about repairs.
• Ensure quality control and proper documentation.
• Operate equipment to diagnose issues.
• Meet certification requirements.
• Lift and handle heavy equipment safely.
