Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equival ent
• 1-3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing clear information about products and services.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert in their area.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages athletes when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor plans, signage, and pricing changes.
• Promotes participation in company programs and private label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are welcome and treated with respect; adheres to safety and SOPs.
