Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support critical inventory and store execution, ensuring athletes are prepared and empowered on the floor. You will contribute to a world-class athlete experience by delivering accurate product information and smooth operational flow in-store.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles with a focus on teamwork, accuracy, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide knowledgeable product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Demonstrates efficiency in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset and ensuring products are ready for purchase.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor set plans, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs such as loyalty and warranty sales.
• Creates a respectful store environment and adheres to safety and loss prevention policies.
