• Maintains athlete-first mindset and ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged as needed.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards with floor plans, signage, price changes, and replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranties, private label) and supports store initiatives.
