Job summary

PeopleAdmin, Inc. is seeking a Federal Work Study eligible student to help integrate students with outside nonprofit organizations and gain valuable work experience.

You will collaborate with Student Community Services staff to coordinate agency placements and set expectations for roles and responsibilities. Selected organizations include Telamon or other nonprofits at the discretion of Student Community Services staff.

Qualifications

• Must be Federal Work Study eligible.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be punctual.
• Preferred: Passion for serving the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integrating students with outside nonprofit organizations.
• Help students gain work experience.
• Coordinate with Student Community Services staff and the selected agency to define job roles and responsibilities.
• Support communication between Student Community Services staff and partner nonprofits.

Job description

The purposes of this position are to 1) help integrate students with outside nonprofit organizations and 2) to help students gain work experience. Hired students will work with Student Community Services staff to select an agency to work with for the duration of this position. Once an organization is selected, Student Community Services staff and the nonprofit will communicate clear guidelines for job roles and responsibilities with a specific agency. The different organizations to which one can choose from are as follows: Telamon, or another nonprofit organization to the discretion of Student Community Services staff.
