Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC seeks an OFCI Manager to overseeOwner Furnished, Contractor Installed equipment across mission-critical projects. You will coordinate logistics, verify equipment footprints, and ensure timely integration from factory testing to commissioning.

The role requires 5–8 years in critical construction, hands-on site leadership, and strong liaison skills with clients, vendors, and MEP trades to avoid schedule delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–8 years of mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience with OFCI processes and equipment handling.
• PMP or LEED AP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master Equipment Log and coordinate Just-In-Time delivery.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for footprints and weights.
• Lead in-process inspections and verify manuals and spare parts.
• Serve as onsite liaison with vendors during installation and startup.
• Integrate equipment lead times into the construction schedule.
• Identify gap items and ensure proper mounting hardware and oils.
• Participate in VDC/BIM meetings to align equipment with builds.
• Manage receipt of modular units requiring precise rigging.
• Track serial numbers from factory to data hall.
• Coordinate Level 3 and Level 4 commissioning testing.
• Oversee hand-off of capital spares to Operations.
