Job summary

Praetorian Power Protection LLC seeks an OFCI Manager to lead strategic planning, procurement tracking, logistics, site receiving and handoff of owner-procured, high-value equipment. You’ll ensure assets arrive on schedule, undamaged, fully tested, and transferred to contractors and commissioning teams.

The role focuses on coordinating with data-center builders to secure lead times and scale pricing while delivering reliable, intact equipment ready for commissioning.

Job description

The OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) Manager leads the strategic planning, procurement tracking, logistics, site receiving, and handoff of owner-procured, high-value mission-critical equipment. In hyper-scale and colocation data center builds, key electrical and mechanical infrastructure—such as generators, switchgear, UPS systems, chillers, and transformers—is sourced directly by the owner to secure lead times and scale pricing. This role ensures that all OFCI assets arrive on site on schedule, undamaged, fully tested, and seamlessly transferred to general contractors and commissioning teams.
