Job summary

Pathward, National Association is seeking an OFAC Sanctions Screening Analyst II to serve as the primary escalation point for complex alerts and high‑risk cases within the bank's interdiction systems.

You will review SDN, Consolidated Sanctions, and Sectoral lists, conduct advanced investigations, guide junior staff, and coordinate with BSA and senior management to ensure accurate dispositions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in OFAC sanctions compliance or screening operations.
• Banking or financial services experience required.
• CAMS or CGSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Escalate and resolve complex OFAC screening alerts.
• Investigate complex matches using customer data and transaction patterns.
• Perform due diligence using internal systems and public records.
• Approve dispositions and coordinate with senior management.
• Monitor queues and ensure timely resolutions.
