Job summary

Boly:Welch is seeking an Of Counsel/Lateral Partner Litigation Attorney for their civil litigation practice in Oregon. The role requires significant civil defense experience, leadership, and the ability to manage active cases with autonomy alongside associates and staff.

After onboarding, you may work remotely or on a hybrid schedule. A portable book of business is a plus, and Oregon State Bar membership and licensure in Oregon are required.

Significant civil litigation defense experience is vital in this role. You will be expected to hit the ground running, taking on active cases in existing practice groups. You will manage cases with a high degree of autonomy with the support of associates and an excellent staff. The firm is thriving and consistently taking on new business, so you will have a steady flow of ongoing and new cases to keep you busy.

This firm will value your depth of knowledge, willingness to mentor associates, and leadership skills. If you can bring a portable book of business with you, that is even better! You will also need to be licensed to practice law in the state of Oregon.

An active Oregon State Bar membership is required. After an in-office onboarding period, you will have the option to work remotely or on a hybrid schedule.
