Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (OEM) to grow OEM sales across North Texas and Oklahoma. You will lead in selling all product lines, coordinate with engineers, designers, and contractors, and drive market strategy.

The role requires travel up to 50% and may involve workshops, training sessions, and CRM management. You will develop key customer relationships, provide technical support, and help coordinate training sessions, tradeshows, and programs with regional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of industry experience and/or training.
• Fluent in OEM construction practices and distribution channels.
• Sales and account management experience with a proven track record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand and grow sales of all Simpson product lines in the defined marketplace, including prospecting, sales calls, and demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners; provide training, product demos and technical support.
• Attend tradeshows and industry events; train others and contribute to territory planning and CRM usage.
• Manage scheduling, expense reporting, and vehicle maintenance; support management with market insights.
