Job summary

IEWC is seeking a motivated Applied Solutions Intern to support OEM customer solutions within our OEM Division. You will work with product management, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to identify customer needs, evaluate requirements, and contribute to solution development in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in product integration, customer collaboration, and project management, with exposure to data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Discretion and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and documenting application-based solutions for OEM customers.
• Support evaluations, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze customer requirements and propose solutions.
• Organize and interpret data related to customer applications and project performance.
• Create technical presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Help maintain project timelines and implementation plans.
• Research industry trends and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes.
