IEWC is seeking a motivated Applied Solutions Intern to support OEM customer solutions within our OEM Division. You will work with product management, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to identify customer needs, evaluate requirements, and contribute to solution development in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on experience in product integration, customer collaboration, and project management, with exposure to data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and documenting application-based solutions for OEM customers.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Applied Solutions Intern to join our OEM Division. This internship offers hands‑on experience supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of customized solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers.

The Applied Solutions Intern will work closely with product management, sales, operations, and customer-facing teams to help identify customer needs, evaluate technical requirements, and contribute to solution development efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of application-based solutions for OEM customers.
• Support technical evaluations, product testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Gather, organize, and interpret data related to customer applications, products, and project performance.
• Create technical presentations, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional team discussions.
• Help maintain project timelines, action items, and implementation plans.
• Research industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects related to products, processes, and customer solutions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
