Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, systems engineering, data analytics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Enrolled as a student during the internship/co-op period.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support departmental operations, projects, and business initiatives.
• Assist with technology support, troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and system maintenance.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives.
• Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements.
• Complete and present a capstone project highlighting findings, recommendations, and results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
