Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an Operations Enablement Directorate (OED) Technical Lead to provide leadership, oversight, and strategic guidance for government-focused missions. The role covers technical direction, performance management, and contractual deliverables.

Qualified candidates hold TS/SCI clearance and have recent experience leading technical efforts supporting intelligence analysis, cyber operations, and government contracts.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams.
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industry, or academic organizations.
• Experience applying intelligence tradecraft (HUMINT/SIGINT).
• Experience developing intelligence requirements and collection strategies.
• Experience managing projects with scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of Nightwing personnel supporting the OED.
• Coordinate technical activities to align with Government priorities and mission requirements.
• Assign tasks, monitor workload, and oversee team performance.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all deliverables and services.
• Support contract-related business operations, financial management, and reporting.
• Advise Government on technical approaches and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks across technical and programmatic activities.
• Collaborate across Government, Nightwing, and external stakeholders.
